Co-Founded by Elissa Thursfield, an award-winning employment lawyer, HRoes was born out of her firsthand experience grappling with non-compliant HR systems, resulting in substantial resource wastage and expensive legal costs.


When employment tribunals find the processes at fault that an HR system should have handled, we knew we had to bring a system to market that solved this.

Typical implementation time frame from sign up to go live is 4 weeks.

Data encryption of data at rest, at the TDE database base level, and in transit SSL to the browser. MFA for privileged accounts.
The login will be https://portal.hroes.co.uk thats what the consensus was to app, Username (email) and Password at the login screen, maybe presented with MFA if a privileged user.
